Terms & Conditions:

1. Please choose the event category carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be modified. Provide us with a secure email ID/mobile no that you access regularly since this will be our primary means of communication during the run-up to the event.

2. Users of email services that offer filtering/blocking of messages from unknown email addresses should add this email ID support@indiarunning.com and no-reply@indiarunning.com to their address list to avoid missing the emails sent regarding the event and missing out on crucial confirmation and communication messages sent by the event organizer.
   
   
3. We will be sending regular updates to the mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk SMS service provider as it is in your best interest to receive these updates.
   
   
4. Any notice sent to the email address registered with the organizers shall be deemed as received by the runners.
   
   
5. Please fill out only those fields that are necessary for mailing purposes. Do not provide redundant data in multiple fields (i.e., do not list the same data for city, province and country), as this will only complicate our ability to contact you, if and when necessary.
   
   
6. You are aware that long-distance running is an extreme sport and can be injurious to the body and health. You take full responsibility for participating in this event listed on India Running (or its sister concerns) and do not hold the organizing committee or any of its members or entities responsible for any injury or accident.
   
   
7. You shall consult your physician and undergo a complete medical examination to assess your suitability to participate in this event.
   
   
8. You also assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat or humidity/rain, traffic and the condition of the road, arson or terrorist threats and all other risks associated with a public event.
   
   
9. You agree that this event or its organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of personal belongings, illness or injury that might occur as a result of your participation in the event.
   
   
10. You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
    
    
11. You also agree to stop running if instructed by the race director or the medical staff or by the aid station volunteers.
    
    
12. You agree and confirm that your name and media recordings were taken during your participation may be used to publicize the event.
    
    
13. You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force major or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified. The organizers reserve the right to reject any application without providing reasons. Any amount collected from rejected applications alone will be refunded in full (excluding bank charges wherever applicable) unless clearly stated otherwise.
    
    
14. Runners are recommended to stay off the course beyond the cut-off time considering the safety and traffic regulations.
    
    
15. If for any reason you cannot turn up on race day, no refund of any form shall be given.
    
    
16. Should you choose to opt for the training plans, you will be solely responsible for the success /failure of the training in relation to the plan and should not hold the race organizer or the training plan responsible in any way.
    
    
17. You confirm that you have taken the time to check and verify the claims of the event organizer and the event and we are only a service provider and are not in any way responsible for the delivery of the event.
    
    
18. We (India Running, fitpage and Saransh Ventures Private Limited) are only a service provider and are not in any way responsible for the delivery of the event.
    
    
19. If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent/guardian of the child and that he/she has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he/she were a major.
    
    
20. Participants must personally appear to collect running bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with the written consent of the registered runners.
    
    
21. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. In the event a party to this Agreement shall disclose to the Other, any information (“Personal Data”) relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, then with respect to such Personal Data, the Other Party shall:
1. Collect, store, disseminate, retrieve, use or disclose such Personal Data only for the purposes of this Agreement / contract.
2. Not disclose Personal Data to any person or entity other than its employees who may be requiring access to such information in order to provide services in connection with the Contract.
3. Not place the Other Party in breach of any of the requirements of the applicable laws with respect to Privacy.
4. Promptly notify the Other Party if it receives any legally binding request for disclosure of the Personal Data.
5. Promptly notify the Other Party in case of any accidental or unauthorized access or disclosure of the Personal Data.
   
   
2. The Other Party to the Contract under no circumstances will become the owner of the Personal Data disclosed under this Contact.
   
   
3. The Parties to this Agreement agrees and undertakes to comply with the requirements of applicable Data Protection Laws in connection with performance of its obligations under this Contract.
   
   
4. The Parties to this Agreement shall be liable to maintain technical and organizational processes and procedures that ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks represented by the processing and the nature of the data to be protected to safeguard all personal information from and against any accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access.
   

22. For all purposes in relation to this agreement, the courts at Gurugram alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction. No other courts shall have jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or any matter between the parties arising out of this agreement. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the Laws of India.

23. You also understand and agree that you may be contacted by the sponsors and promoters of the event for marketing and promotion of offers and that you grant us explicit permission to send communications on your mobile number & email address provided herein above.
    

We request total co-operation from participants in this regard.

Honda Manesar Half Marathon Waiver Form

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT (THE “WAIVER AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. THIS WAIVER AGREEMENT WILL AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND WILL LIMIT OR ELIMINATE YOUR ABILITY TO BRING A FUTURE LAWSUIT.

I know that running is a strenuous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I hereby certify that I am in good health and I have trained to run the distance of Manesar Half Marathon to be held on 10th March 2024, which I am entering. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry into Manesar Half Marathon, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release any of the Organizers, their officers, directors, agents, volunteers and employees, all states, cities, countries or other governmental bodies or locations in which events or segments of events are held, all sponsors, their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of an kind arising out of my participation in this event even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates and animals are not allowed in the event and I will abide by this guideline. I am aware that the Organizers strongly discourage the use of personal audio devices (iPods and MP3 headsets)

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the Laws of India.

I authorize any healthcare provider to release any and all information pertaining to my healthcare, medical condition and medical treatment as a result of my participation in this event to the Organizers and their staff.
