Race Day:

Event Day (Sunday, March 30, 2025) Guidelines:

Venue: Honda Manesar Plant, Plot No. 1, Sector 3, IMT Manesar, Gurugram

Parking Facility:

- Park your vehicle at HSIIDC ground just off the expressway.
- Sufficient parking is available. Still, it is suggested to do carpooling as much as possible
- It will take a total 15 mins to park and reach the assembly area so plan your start from home accordingly.
- Venue gate opens at 4:00am onwards
- Reporting time: 1Hr prior to the Flag-Off Time
- Cabs are not allowed to enter no traffic zone near the venue.
- Individuals without a BIB will not be allowed inside the race venue.

Note: Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from participating who is found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.

Start Time (Flag off):

► Half Marathon (timed)- 5:30am, (u-turn at 10.55Km)
► 10Km Run (timed)- 5:45am (u-turn at 5Km)
► 5Km Fun Run (non-timed)- 6:00am (u-turn at 2.5Km)

FACILITIES IN ASSEMBLY AREA:

Baggage Counter- Baggage counter is outside the assembly area, don’t leave your valuables like wallet, mobile & watches etc in your bag.
Toilet Bus- These will be placed near assembly area.
Aid Stations- Two aid stations are in the assembly area.
Warm up- By Zumba Fitness artists.
Photobooths- Arrangement of photographers & videographers for selfies and groups photos.

Post Run Activities:

# A Medal for every finisher
# Wholesome breakfast starts at 7:00am
# Recovery Zone & Medical Tent for First-Aid and cool down stretching

FACILITIES ON THE ROUTE:

Aid Station- At every km. All the aid stations will be equipped with water. Energy drink, first-aid, runners’ snacks & first-aid box. Water will be served in disposable cups. So, you may carry your own water bottles/ sippers as the water stations may be crowded.
Medical Stations- At 2.5Km, 5Km, 7.5Km & 10Km
Ambulance- 4 ambulances will be strategically placed for the fastest support in case of any emergency
Toilets- Porta toilets at 5Km & 10Km points
Cheering Zone- Music stations and cheering zones at regular intervals along the route

Prize Distribution & Results:

- Lucky draw will be held after the prize distribution at 8:30am
- The age category podium finishers (top 3 male & female in Half Marathon & 10Km Run) will get trophies on a later date. Check Winners’ Prize details at
